neottie nid d'oiseau (Neottia nidus-avis) est une orchidée
non-chlorophyllienne. Elle s'associe avec un champignon en symbiose avec
un arbre ce qui lui permet de récupérer les sucres de l'arbre via le
champignon.
The bird's nest orchid (Neottia nidus-avis) is a non-chlorophyllian orchid. It combines with a mushroom in symbiosis with a tree which allows it to recover the sugars from the tree via the mushroom.
