En retard * Late

Cette année, j'ai encore été en retard pour suivre la floraison des œillets sauvages et je n'ai donc eu droit qu'à quelques fleurs tardives. 

Les œillets velus (Dianthus armeria)  sont fréquents sur cette parcelle où je les ai photographié, un fond caillouteux, sableux comme ils les aiment.

L’œillet des Chartreux (Dianthus carthusianorum) fut quant à lui une surprise. Je l'ai vu en bord d'une allée herbeuse et claire de forêt que je fréquente souvent mais c'était la première fois que j'en voyais.

This year, I was late again to follow the flowering of the wild carnations, so I only got a few late flowers. 

Deptford pink (Dianthus armeria) are common on this plot where I photographed them, a rocky bottom, sandy as they like them.  

The Carthusian pink (Dianthus carthusianorum) was a surprise. I saw it at the edge of a grassy path and clear of forest that I frequent often but it was the first time that I saw it.
