Lors de la balade canine du soir, j'ai demandé à l'amie qui m'accompagnait si elle pensait qu'il y aurait des grenouilles. Je ne pense pas, c'est tout sec fut sa réponse. Et, en me retournant pour attraper mon sac au sol j'ai crié "oh une grenouille!!!!". Photos dans la boite et voilà mon crapaud à défaut d'une grenouille.
Il semblerait vu les glandes parotoïdes en forme de haricot que l'on voit derrière les yeux, que cela soit un petit "jeune" de crapaud commun (Bufo bufo).
During the evening dog walk, I asked the friend who accompanied me if she thought there would be frogs. I don't think so, it's all dry was his answer. And, turning around to grab my bag from the ground, I shouted "oh a frog!!!!". Photos in the box and here is my toad in the absence of a frog.
It seems from the bean-shaped parotoid glands behind the eyes that this is a small "young" of a common toad (Bufo bufo).
